From Sandbox Coffee's Washed Gesha, this washed Gesha from Marcial Huanca's Finca Palmar in Caranavi, Bolivia opens with delicate white florals and jasmine, followed by ripe peach and yellow stone fruits with silky sweetness and gentle acidity. Fermented 24–72 hours, dried on raised beds. Harvest 2025. Rest minimum 21 days post-roast.
