We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Our coffees come from top Belgian roasters who work with beans from across the globe — so you get international flavors, roasted close to home.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Will I receive an invoice with VAT?

Customers in Belgium
Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice when completing your order. If you are VAT-liable, you can reclaim the VAT through your tax return.

Companies within the EU (outside Belgium)
Please contact us with your company details (including VAT number and billing address). We will create and send your invoice manually, without VAT being charged (intra-Community supply rule).
