Shipping policy

We ship orders within Belgium and to select destinations in the EU. Local pickup or local delivery near our HQ in Puurs-Sint-Amands may also be available.

• Available shipping methods and their rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address — including any free-shipping thresholds or promotions currently running, which will always be clearly displayed before you pay.

• Shipments outside Belgium are handled through Bpost, via MyParcel.

We'll process and ship your order as quickly as possible — you'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way. If you don't see a shipping option for your country at checkout, please contact us at hi@smape.cafe to check availability.
