From the high-altitude slopes of Monteblanco in Huila, this cold-washed Pink Bourbon showcases a beautifully refined Colombian profile. Grown at 1730 masl and carefully processed with extended low-temperature fermentation, the cup opens with soft floral aromatics reminiscent of magnolia blossom. Bright lime acidity brings lift and clarity, while a gentle white-chocolate sweetness rounds out the palate with a smooth, creamy balance. The result is a clean, expressive filter coffee that feels precise yet comforting — floral, fresh, and quietly complex.
