From Replica Roasters' Perla Negra, this double-fermented Pink Bourbon from Sigilo brings advanced fermentation to the fore — lime leaf brightness, Meyer lemon citrus, and a distinctive black tea depth. Two rounds of anoxic fermentation (48 hours cherry + 48 hours with mosto and yeast) with thermal shock create a citrus-driven, complex cup from Replica's black series.
