From Andy Roasters’ BLEND Espresso, this seasonal pairing of Brazil Diamond (Natural) and Colombia Huitaca (Fully Washed) is built to make milk drinks shine—while still tasting clean and satisfying as a straight espresso. It leads with the kind of comfort you want in a daily shot: a soft wave of chocolate and roasted nut sweetness, rounded and approachable, with a naturally syrupy base that feels effortless to dial in. It’s intentionally low-risk and easy to brew, designed to stay balanced even when you push or pull the recipe a little.

As the cup opens, the profile becomes more elegant than heavy. The natural Brazil brings a sweet, mellow depth and creamy body, while the washed component adds clarity and lift—keeping the finish clean and structured instead of muddy. Expect a smooth, medium-full mouthfeel that carries those chocolaty, nutty tones into a lingering, gently sweet aftertaste.
