From Replica Roasters’ Iloma PB, this fully washed Tanzanian from the Iloma AMCOS cooperative in Mbozi, Songwe marks Replica’s first offering from Tanzania. Grown on clay loam soils at around 1,830 masl by roughly 400 members, the coffee delivers a surprisingly complex and juicy cup. Expect super juicy yellow fruit and ripe berries up front, followed by a distinctive umami element and subtle fig leaf quality that makes this profile genuinely unique.
