A vibrant and refreshing filter profile from the highlands of southern Colombia. This washed Caturra lot comes from a small family farm tucked into the slopes of Acevedo, where cool nights and rich volcanic soil shape a cup that is both clean and expressive.

Expect a bright, juicy acidity upfront — think mandarin and red apple — followed by a silky sweetness reminiscent of caramelized sugar. As it cools, a light herbal twist appears, bringing balance and complexity without overpowering the cup.
